Meanwhile, CruisingForSex has sued Paypal, over their Hurricane Katrina donation dustup.
Recall, CruisingForSex, which is based in New Orleans, was soliciting much-needed donations for their staff after floods devastated the living quarters of staff and their families. Paypal refused to deliver donations received, claiming the CFS account was violating Paypal's terms of use. "PayPalís mature audience policy prohibits accepting donations for any sexually oriented goods or services," reports GayVN News. Paypal subsequently released the hold on the CFS account — and then put another hold on the account just days later!
