A gay porn company is suing another gay porn company! Could it really be true?Yes... but Michael Lucas, the CEO of Lucas Entertainment, does not seem to think Spunk Video has much of a case.
Spunk says it purchased the rights to an Eastern European bareback porn after Lucas Entertainment paid to produce it then passed on releasing it. (Or something.) Then both companies ended up releasing the identical porn. Lucas called his Raw Twinks in Czech, and Spunk called theirs Nasty Piss Boys.

Spunk says that the confusion is the result of Lucas waffling over whether he wanted to distribute bareback porn or not. Lucas is dismissive of Spunk's claims, saying he has never produced bareback porn and Spunk's accusations are baseless.
